How to Order
The book Sinai Surgeon is available for sale as of July 2011 in Ottawa area bookstores and through the Internet. To order a signed copy of the book directly from the author, email rmandmj@gmail.com or complete the email order form below.
The book sells for $28.50 CDN or USD + shipping and all profits will go to the Rotary Club of West Ottawa. Within the Ottawa area a Rotary Club member will be happy to deliver your copy of the book free of charge or provide a location for free pickup. Outside the Ottawa area, the cost of shipping will be added to your order and you will be informed of the cost before the sale is finalized.
